BMW 7 series 740D Msport launched, now with more luxury and power, also available in electric
BMW 7 series 740D Msport and i7: BMW has unveiled its first fully electric M car in the Indian market, the i7 M70 xdrive. It is going to be sold in India as a completely built unit (CBU). Apart from this, BMW has now introduced its 7 Series diesel variant with the Msport version, as it now comes with more power and more features at a higher price.
We don’t see much of a change between the BMW 7 Series 740i Msport and the i7 M70. Both the vehicles come with largely similar features and design language.
BMW 7 series 740iM Sport price in India
The price of BMW 7 Series 740i Msport in the Indian market was Rs 1.78 crore ex-showroom, but now its facelift has been priced at Rs 1.81 crore ex-showroom. It has now become Rs 3 crore more expensive than before.
BMW i7 New price list in India
The price of BMW i7 Xdrive60 in the Indian market is Rs 2.03 crore. Whereas its new M70 xdrive has been priced at Rs 2.50 crore. Electric prices have now been increased by Rs 47 lakh.
New BMW 7 series Design
The BMW 7 Series 740M Sport comes with the same design elements as its petrol variant. It gets a luxury look at the front with a large traditional kidney grille and split headlight setup. Both petrol and diesel versions of 7 Series offer you the best quality 20 inch alloy wheels for greater speed. Apart from this, M Sport badges can also be seen on its sides in the design.
At the rear, it features a new LED taillight unit and a thicker rear bumper.
However, as a spec, we get restyled headlights, a blackout kidney grille at the front, M side skirts and large 21-inch alloy wheels with M Sport branding on the sides. Its wheels have been redesigned once again.
Apart from this, we can also see similar design in its electric version, although we have been given some cosmetic changes only on the front side.

Inside, we get to see an excellent dashboard design in the cabin. However, the new BMW 7 Series comes with the same dashboard design as the old version. But in its electric version, black and gray leather upholstery has been used in the cabin theme, and along with this, many carbon fiber has been used. The cabin inside comes with a lot of luxury. While excellent facilities have also been provided for the rear passengers. Rear passengers get a great back seat with a large digital display.
